What are the check-in and check-out times for the hotel?

How do I book the in room Massage spa package?
Great question! Once you book your stay, you will get a confirmation email with access to your guest portal where you can purchase additional services, contact us, etc.
What happens if I want to cancel my room reservation?
Indiegogo bookings are non-refundable, but dates may be changed with 30+ days’ notice. Standard bookings are fully refundable (minus 5%) within 48 hours if check-in is at least 30 days away. Non-refundable rates offer no refunds within 14 days. Special circumstances (e.g., emergencies) may qualify for refunds with documentation. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, with email notification. Date changes are allowed for Standard and Indiegogo bookings with 30+ days’ notice, subject to availability; non-refundable rates cannot be changed unless under special circumstances. Force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters) may qualify for a 12-month credit voucher. Full payment is required at booking for Standard rates.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

The villas are situated at 13571 Blairs Valley Rd, Mercersburg, PA 17236, across from Whitetail Ski Resort and just 90 minutes from Downtown DC and Baltimore.
